    I'm not familiar with CIX and it appeared on my scan tonight.

    Looks like a screaming buy (on technicals)

    1. Steady rise
    2. 14 day MA above 26 day MA
    3. MACD about to cross
    4. Both Guppy darvas and regular darvas scan say that the next box may be forming (Buy signal)

    I'll dig in the FA
