IMHO,
There is no dispute Nick has done a great overall job so far.
All I'm saying is had he had the sage advice of a seasoned Chairman I have no doubt the sale of his shares would have had a cover note with clearly articulated reasons for his sale with a reassurance to the investing community all was well and the share price could well be 2.10 today IMHO.
Do not under-estimate the importance of an effective Board around Nick and good governance especially at this point of LYC's evolution.
