I'm not sure about this "heavy" UK involvement and what it means?
Heavy UK involvement in this cap raising? If that's what it means I suspect that is just a lot of hyped rubbish.
If international interest was "heavy" then the CR would be at 3.4 not 3.2 as suspected.
If international interest was "heavy" then this shold gap up on opening.
We shall see.
