Whn is a wild cat play. You really think a premium will be paid. You think that the cr price was made up this morning. You think there has been negotiations with various parties for a while
I think it's a bit more complicated than what you suggest.
Being involved with a few floats myself it all takes time and negotiation.
Anyway it's all garbage as you suggest.
