The general impression is that the CR may be significantly oversubscribed...so DrDumper and all his mates may actually "loose out" afterall. (That is...1.they may not be able to buy back anything like as many as they sold 2.They may even have to buy back at a higher price than what they sold for!!!)Ha! Ha!
So at the end of the day...it may not pay to listen to "quiet whispers" which may after all be a load of hot air!!!
