You have called this stock very well for someone who has followed it very well under its past gensis (ie per Seyschelles)...and understand your scepticism at 2.5 cent CR raising price...but personally will wait for announcement b4 dismissing as significant discounts for specs on capital raisings not uncommon given amount of capital needing to be raised cf market cap....WHN no exception....2.5 cents given amount they need to raise might well be a possibility...but lets face it that prediction is unimportant as will have real data once reopens to work out what is really happening....
