Just comparing with the CR from August 2009, I noticed a few interesting things:-

1 new share for every 3 shares held @4cents per share

Record date for entitlement about 1 week after announcement.

SP when CR announced - 5-5.6 cents.

Subsequent days SP never dropped below 4.45 cents then not long after rocketed to 12 cents.

So if something similar is proposed this time I can imagine an offer price of 3-3.5 cents.

I don't believe though that the SP will drift down to that level (3cents) So I will be happy to buy any shares I am entitled to.
