Gander has been on the record as saying it will be enough to reach 'self funding' stage. Doesn't rule out further raisings but I wouldn't expect one.
I do expect them to raise the full $40m within months and the market has known of JPR intention for quite sometime. Its been holding us back a fair bit imo. That and the lack of Trial Prod License.
