Hi dangar,
OXX "deserves" a lot of upside....Fact.
As to the capital structure,
152m FPO.
74m partly paid shares.
A few million out of the money unlisted options.
33m "rustee shares"...Could come in handy for future CR & somehow diluting JA's interest.
Jeoff holds two thirds of the share capital.

MC $32m without the OXXCB......$48m when OXXCB are paid up.....Looks cheap.
Hope these numbers are correct...Earlier holders may correct if any mistakes.
