Absolutely, agree wholeheartedly.
Gerry is looking after shareholders with the cap raise at $2.50 and healthy dividends. SP at higher than normal levels but still worthwhile to accumulate, if not only for very good dividends but access to discounted Cap raises from time to time
I hold,JBH and like their business model but even more so HVN because it continually grows and outperforms other retailers in the same space. i like its offshore presence and good earnings plus the fact that they own their own buildings, not leased.
