Now that is exactly the analysis of a long-term investor making responsible capital management decisions.
The only way HVN would be a sell is if something had gone wrong with the business structurally, everyone is still trying to sell this idea that companies like Amazon and Kogan are going to kill HVN but then you see both of those companies talk about adding shopfronts and think where are they going to get the buildings?
That's when you realize HVN is not the average retailer in the sector and actually possess a structural advantage, they can continue to get a good return on capital long-term as long as they don't make any big miss steps.
Personally I think the move into Malaysia may be starting to get a bit too aggressive but then again I don't know retail like the board of HVN.
Would move back to a buy for me at $3.90 or below.
