If these dimwits want to miss out on (say) excellent dividends and in some cases capital growth, who am I to argue?

The irony is by companies such as NHC and YAL selling what's more often than not high quality thermal coal, it means countries like India expel lower emissions than if coal was instead imported from Indonesia.

The further subtext is that those on the Left are often comfortably off, but deep down they don't believe nations like India, Vietnam and Philippines should enjoy the creature comforts they do. But 24/7 reliable and affordable electricity (thanks to coal) inevitably leads to a rise in material living standards.
