    There is space for all sorts of offerings. Must also remember in large cities with high density (esp. apartments) car ownership is quite low or they do not take their car from home during the daily commute (bus, tube, train) so same problem exists receiving a parcel if you are not home. TZ also has a solution for apartment concierge remember.
