Car delivery would not be as efficient as delivering to a fixed location 24/7eg what happens if the courier
is late delivering on say the next day.Car delivery would require more interaction with the end consumer.
As far as security the issue is in the parcel .Car or locker receiving the parcel same thing.
Interesting article SINO however parcel locker beats car delivery hands down.
