i agree on educating the potentional new drivers,where do we start?,perhaps once they obtain the learners licence take them to road accident ward at any given hospital followed with a little walk to a morgue.
most of the ones i have encountered were very agresive in their mannerisam,even intimidating.
another option is,once p plate issued they should nominate the car they would be driving for the probation period & agree to speed governer be instaled in that car.
if nabbed driving not nominated car then his/her p plates to be cacelled till they learn to respect the law.
yes,i was once ayoung man¬ allways perfect but i never endngered other road users.
hard liner,damn right i am,i have seen few mangled bodies in my time.
