UNBELIVABLE its been there all day. I waited half an hour before I rang the council. The ranger got there within 20 minutes and booked him $104 fine that was at 10am. My mate comes home from work around 3.30pm so I rang the council again. I can see trouble happening shortly. The woman said we can only book them once every 24 hours. I said I think he moved it a foot, bad luck ring the police. I said the fine isn't heavy enough and she agreed but said the council doesn't make the rules. If it was a tow away area that would be different. If I touch the car I am guilty of something. With so many camera's around I would be a fool to touch this bloody car. Sometimes the law is an ass.
