I just bought a new (secondhand) car and I need to comprehensively insure it.
The going rate for my car at the better known insurers is $600+ which is a fair bit of money.
But there's a new player in the market known as Budget Direct (also known as Insurer's Hotline) which offers the same cover for considerably less - only about $400.
It's just that because I haven't heard of this company before I'm wondering about its bona fides. Has anybody had dealings with them or heard anything bad about them?
Advice much appreciated - Steve.
