it's an interesting question @Steini .... i got the distinct impression from Baker that he was very interested in how Arovella would leverage onCARlytics longer term for some of his assets. He even intimated at one point that they might look to leverage onCARlytics with their CLDN asset. I for suspect, per your point 2, that Imugene has enough irons in the fire now with a particular focus on azer-cel + onCARlytics.
Certainly not impossible for both IMU and ALA to revisit the collaboration as they progress their work.
