I suspect as he is old, he probably doesn't own a scanner and probably doesn't know how to post a picture. But he could type in the key bits.

As far as I can make out, essentially the "loan" he has taken out is interest only and after 5 years he is still left with the principal. I wonder how legal that is, because essentially he is trapped into paying $800 a month forever.
