    Any chance CAR may do a scrib takeover for the remaining 80% of ICQ shares?

    20 ICQ shares for every CAR share could be a possibility. CAR would have to issue just 10 million shares (248 million shares x 80% ÷ 20). That would bring ICQ share price to around 68 cents; it seems like an opportunity for CAR. Any thoughts?
