Script/cash, not really any difference for car as the increased script would reduce the divi or else they could just buy icq with a reduced divi and a bit of debt to be paid off quickly. Can anyone shed light on cars decreased holding from 22.9 to 20.2%? A car takeover could certainly happen but they have to let the vwap reduce some more so I don't see it happening in the next few weeks.
