It's probably nothing, but a few weeks ago Suda (sud) announced a trading halt and that they were to acquire the rights to a tasty CAR-T drug in phase 1 testing.
But Suda have not traded again since and are now in suspension. Many HC posters over there are suggesting that Suda are in trouble with ASIC/ASX for a sudden change of business. ie Shareholders buy company A but ends up with company B.
So I wounder if bio entrepreneur Paul Hooper will be left holding this hot opportunity and need a bio shell to drop it into quickly. Surely ftt would be nice, especially with $3.6m in the bank.
