Please explain A potential placement to sophisticated investors is an issuance of shares to gain capital that may dilute the SP This is so far left field from recent announcements from SYC I would like to know where it came from, considering your repeated insistence now and in the past that there would not be any capital raising - and now it is a potential advantageous announcement?
Why would sophisticates receive shares at a reduced price and the rest of us schmucks not have the same opportunity?
This reeks of insider information so will be very interested in any answer.
