    01/08/2014 | 02:41pm US/EasternRecommend: 0 Avanco Resources received Brazilian regulatory approval for the Stage 2 Pedra Branca copper-gold Resource, securing a full mining licence. The approval of the Resource of 500,000 ounces of gold and 560,000 tonnes of copper provides confidence that Pedra Branca has the potential to support mining activities.

    Support being received from the State/regulatory authorities bodes well for further regulatory news for Stage 1 Antas North.

    The company is undertaking studies and has a goal to reach to a "decision to mine" at Stage 2 by mid-2015.
