    Plenty of success in the Congo. Take Anvil mining as an example who successfully built an impressive copper mine in the DRC- Remember its not what you know sometimes but who you know- more corruption in the USA than some of these countries- comes down to a series of factors. Plenty of examples out there and no point in trying to prove people right or wrong. DYOR
