$8 per litre and they hope to get hydrogen to five dollars a litre! Knock yourself out Toyota, but no one wants your expensive, inefficient fuel. Hydrogen will power all diesel electrics with the diesel being replaced by fuel cell, no doubt but passenger vehicles will be electric. An Australian with solar panels will pay zero for their transport and you suggest they will adopt hydrogen. Any fuel that requires extraction, processing, transporting, specialized containing (hydrogen must be kept in its liquid form) will not compete with that big ball of energy that fries us everyday.
