The chart (you pointed out in brackets) indicates the DFS to be completed by April next year. It could in actual fact go longer, but that chart you referred to is just an indication. Then the remainder of the year, so the end of 2024, is also just an indication of time to gather financing. This could also go over. So, the (Catalyst), see that, I did it in brackets so you can understand that I know what it means. The Catalyst could even be at the end of 2024. You never know your luck in this game we call Roulette, oops sorry I mean Trading
