    It doesn't appear to be EOR or EGR. EOR is common, EGR is more of an emerging use of CO2. But this just looks like sequestration. If the geology and location is right then the blue hydrogen should be very cheap to produce. Given they also want to bury the CO2 that's co-produced with the methane anyway, and would therefore need to develop the sites and pipelines, it makes sense to then use SMR for producing the hydrogen and sequestering the additional CO2 rather than using the Hazer process in this instance.
