A pleasure to read your posts. Yeah, why plant soemthing that has no other benefit, ie food/oil etc. In addtion the company can extract extra cashflow from the sale of produce.
What has allways had me bothered is the lack of clear Governement direction. I held shares in this company before the Liberal's lost power. Back then it was a hot issue (carbon trading) but it dissapeared in a puff of beaurocracy. It appears the big multinationals want to take part and with vast sums of cash also.
The problem here lies with, what and who is regulating this market other than price ?
COZ is a market monopoly on a product with few clearly defined market measures.
