The reason why we still havent completed a deal is because ESI must first complete all due diligence work relating to the technology. They mentioned this at the AGM. They stated that they would only be taken seriously once all the t's had been crossed and all the i's had been dotted. For example, we are still waiting for the water quality results...hence it makes sence why no deal has been formalised yet. Who knows how many unofficial deals are sitting in their in-box?
