off course, the problem is people. watso seems to recall that from his years in high school, that we breath in oxygen (plus nitrogen etc), and exhale carbon dioxide. another green house gas is methane, and given that humans tend to fart (and the gas farted out is methane), several times per day.
if coal powered electricity generating stations, are going to be given carbon credits, then maybe people should also be given carbon credits, which they can sell etc etc , or buy etc etc. off course, once a person sells their carbon credit, then they are not allowed to emit any more carbon dioxide - but, look at what they can give to the recipients of their will...... mmm on another thread, watso noticed that carbon credits were being sold for about 15c per tonne
maybe instead of carbon credits, there should be child credits. every female should be given two child credits. - which can be bought and sold. this would be a scheme where every one benefits - the market is huge, and there will be many brokers taking a cut - but the good thing will be that the population will stabilize
