the market does not need to make a decision regarding a global tax on co2 - without which mankind and all life on the planet would not exist.
simply doing nothing about so called emissions is the wisest - otherwise more people will end up as paupers because they will not be able to afford electricity bills. the greens will be happy with more people living in caves
