    RJN working man don't waste your energy ... the Company will use whatever energy will be practical and available to help the environment through lithium batteries... and it will be insignificant amount compering to your future/preferential?/ military investments in the bases and special port you are planning to build & soon "sco-mo" on his next visit will get the detailed instructions... so I wish you luck influencing their alternative energy use... as you will have the choice of more or less dirty diesel or clean nuclear fuel and the usage will be "huge" to borrow the Donald speak:
