I have been thinking about the steam issue, and volume issue.

As an Engineer, I know for my projects I like to get everything working that I know will work. Test run until all parameters are tuned, and the system is stable with no standing/unexplained alarms.

Then bring in the unknown/theoretical for a reliablity/feasability test.

I am of the opinion this is what CNX is doing with their commissioning testing.

Get the 'known to work' air mix UCG working perfectly, and then swap to oxygen/steam UCG. No point rushing in to test the new process and fail because of something that could have been solved during pre trials. That sort of think can give a bad reputation. Far better to run a few weeks late (which they assure us they are on time).

Once all is working smoothly, then ramp up to max production, plus a few extra wells....soon you will have 700t of coal converted per day
