Think Batteries are the better way than hydrogen, the advancement will be quicker, and when the solid state batteries are production ready (5 to 10 years) there will be no problem to power the RMS machinery and trucks etc fully electric. With Hydrogen at the moment you have a massive waste of energy to produce with electric power, only way to make it half way green at the moment is use the excess power from your wind mills solar etc, and Aust doesnt have to much of that. (yet) You could make it with methane (NG) but your greener if you burn that directly.
Per weight Hyd has more energy, per volume less. As they dont use liquid hyd at the moment.
An electric car takes about 40,000 KMs to be greener than a normal ICE car. Then probably another 30000 KMs when batteries require replacing.
RMS is or has no doubt somone in the company who looks into the posibilities to improve the company ecologicaly.
All just food for thought.
