All the money that was supposed to be raised by this tax is already spent, promised away to those who now won't need it, if we are to believe the carbon price will be much less.
So where is the money coming from Ms Gillard, Mr Swan, etc?
Forget this government EVER being able to balance the books let alone reduce our debt.
