The benchmark contract for certified emissions reductions (CERs) hit an all-time low of 7.13 euros ($9.77) early on Friday.......A record 254 million CERs have been awarded so far, well above 132 million in the whole of 2010 and 123 million in 2009.
Does anyone else think there is something wrong with their system?
