carbon price sweet spot

Now that BHP is advocating consideration of a carbon price,this together with the new composition of Parliament may produce some interesting results potentially favourable for CXY and other UCG companies.

It may go like this:
Competing ambit claims from the extremes of both sides could very well end up setting a price for carbon way under what the Greens want, and way above what the Coal Miners want,thereby setting a price that would be ideal for what is a Transition Technology that could run for the long time it would take to make the transition to renewables or newer technology to provide adequate power for the World.

Mind you,I have no idea what the sweet spot price may be or even if it will happen,but current events in Australia and the world eg. China suggest all bets are off regarding resisting a price on carbon or some other effective mechanism.
