thanx gillard your tax won't do anything. it is far too little too late. the chinese and indians want we have got - flat screen tvs, two cars, big thick juicy steaks etc who are we to stop em? they all want more than one kid too. Population is set to get even bigger and everyone of them is going to consume more resources than the next.
gillard's tax is just a dream and complete waste of time. It will do nothing other than make people suffer a bit more.
