So the Feds really don't want those carbon credits to take off do they?
It seems to me there are all sorts of carbon credits businesses are buying and trading.
Whilst Hazer might not get ACCUs from the feds despite running a carbon NEGATIVE plant..... they could quite possibly sell the abatement to any one of a large and growing number of businesses currently buying carbon credits from other markets.
Will be very interesting to watch how this develops.
