it's not what carbon credits are designed for

as in my earlier posts - carbon credits exist as a form of subsidy for activities that would not have been conducted in the absence of the revenue received for the credits. this is the principle of 'additionality'

if the hazer process is economic at scale it will
not require carbon credit revenue as the emission reductions would occur without it

if the hazer process is NOT economic at scale and needs the revenue to turn a profit it would then be eligible

it is my view that if we require subsidies in the form of carbon credit revenue to become profitable, this is not a scalable business long term
