What is the cost of this tax? How much is it going to cost to set up and run the deparment to look after this to collect the money and then give back to the so called people who need it? If your not on welfare work hard to try and get ahead you will be stung the most. Where is the motivation to work harder if all you get is nothing for it? Too many taxes in this country and too many taxes on top of taxes but thats right stamp duty, excise, levy's are not taxes yeah right.
