    At the moment I believe Federal legislation does not allow for trees that produce food to also be sold as carbon credits, thats why COZ are using Mallees but don't rule out the possibility in the future. Also companies with a big carbon footprint would most likely not buy in unless they have Australian Accreditation in Carbon Sequetion.

    With regards to your predicament, I'm only a small time family investor with limited experiance in the market but it does sound like you don't have many options!
