So if this purchase meets DD and goes through it will be three asset purchases that ECT seem to have snagged on very favorable terms - the WTE IP, the rotary kiln and the Hydrogen Refinery site. If their plans really integrate as they have outlined and our government funding proposals get up these may prove to be pretty interesting moves.
I'm sure the naysayers will find a way to paint these as white elephant purchases throwing good money after bad etc but only history will show us for sure.
It certainly paints company officers as in touch with whats going on around them and having good networks. Maybe the latte sipping and golf, such as it was, wasn't such a bad idea after all.
