blao, toward end of this year if the bill pass the parliament. Looking at the Telstra National board band bill it took more than 2 years to get it passed the parliament and still not fully signed yet.
Two things might happen before we see the carbon tax in place
1. Share consolidation in 5 to 1.
2. Take over by another power co in low price.
