lol BB - and China has one of the lowest co2 emissions per capita - so are you saying they don't need to do anything even though they emit around 22% of total world co2?

And, China have more people to help with the load. To tax Australians on a per capita basis would be unfair when we only contribute 1.35% of total co2 emissions.

But then, per capita seems to be a way of scaremongering people into paying a tax that is going to do next to nothing to reduce co2 emissions in Australia.
