ESI has a business in turning wet brown coal into a better quality coal and a Carbon price soon to be introduced next week should make the cap raising a huge success IMO
THE federal government plans to set up a joint committee of both houses to examine the carbon price legislation in a bid to hurry it through Parliament.
The contentious legislation will be introduced on Tuesday, with debate expected to start the following day.
