    That represents a massive greenhouse gas reduction.

    What?

    No carbon dioxide tax?

    Are you saying that didn't achieve this by a $6b tax (year 1) on existing cheap energy? Are you suggesting that they didn't compensate everybody (some over compensated) so that there was actually no pain? Are you saying they haven't linked the cost of this tax to overseas markets? Are you saying they can't buy carbon dioxide credits from Nigeria and Gabon? Don't they tax councils for warming the planet through their waste dumps?

    I don't believe it.
