At this stage,yesterday's events seem to have no impact on people's perceptions:no obvious changes to the buy or sell side.One might have anticipated some reaction,especially if the prospective parties had been given some 'guidance' in regards to the future of carbon taxing and trading schemes in this country.Infact,the Gillard government has given no indication how 'prospective steel-millers' will be treated in regards to the tax issue.The market hasn't sniffed any promised concessions.However,this carbon tax thing is an unfolding story;maybe there are some surprises to come.
