Has anyone ever told you that the petrol you buy for your car is a carbon based product?
Oh, and don't forget the cows - there are grazing cows wherever you go and they emit .....
...which explains the high emission status of Luxenbourg. they have huge volumes of cross-country traffic i.e. private and company cars and trucks buying petrol in the country, plus guest-workers who travel to and from surrounding countries on a daily basis.
